Rosemary House

Community Nursing Accommodation

The Charity owns Rosemary House which comprises a two-storey block of 10 flats, built in 1975, with help from The Queen’s Nursing Institute and The Housing Corporation. The apartments are let to working as well as retired nurses who have worked in the community in Hertfordshire.

The apartments are located in Gibbons Way in Knebworth, about half a mile from the railway station so that it is easy to get to nearby towns such as Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City and London.

The flats are modern and well appointed with south facing views over the communal garden. They are not all identical but each has its own entrance hall, with a good living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There is ample car parking as well as two garages. Rents are set well below market levels.
