Here at Hertfordshire Community Nurses’ Charity (HCNC) we take your privacy seriously and will only record and use your personal information to administer your application and monitor any awards given. We will record whether or not your application is successful, any awards made and when they were made, and any feedback you give. We will hold your information for 10 years so that we can monitor how much money has been awarded to you over the last 10 years. You have the right of access to our records on request and can view our Data Protection Policy, Data Retention Policy and Procedure for dealing with a Subject Access Request on our web site.
